Butterscotch Sauce

1. Simmer 75g of brown sugar , 125ml of sour cream, 60g Unsalted butter and 1/4 vanillabean
2. Sauce is ready when slightly thicken

now, you only need to include the recipe for Sticky Date pudding to go with the sauce.....yum, yum
